From a
very early age, Jamie Nayor felt beckoned by New
York City and all it had to offer. Extensive
travel, studies abroad and at the Fashion Institute
of Technology, in addition to her degree from the
University of Colorado helped solidify her decision
to settle in New York.
Working for Instyle Magazine,
as well as, Conde Nast's Style.com gave Jamie the
opportunity to experience the fashion industry first
hand, meet designers and lay the foundation for her
company, Jo Nayor. Through Jo Nayor, Jamie infuses
her unique sense of style in designing pieces that
draw from the elegance of vintage and modern
couture, the energy of New York City and the
passion she has for jewelry and color. Jo Nayor
designs are multifaceted and multifunctional,
owing
to the idea that the pieces are a part of numerous
looks and styles.
Jamie resides in New York City with her husband and
