SHIPPING

Shipping and handling costs are additional.  All orders are carefully
packaged and fully insured through UPS, in-stock orders received before 3pm EST will ship the next day.  Messenger service is available in Manhattan, additional fees will apply.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax applied to any purchases, except if you live in the state of New York.

All orders shipped to a New York address are subject to and will automatically be charged 8.875% sales tax.


RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from Jo Nayor it may be returned in its original condition within 10 days of receipt and a store credit will be issued. The store credit can be used to purchase items online by contacting us at sales@JoNayor.com. Returns received after 10 days will be refused.


CUSTOM ORDERS

Jo Nayor strives to ensure that every piece in our collection is available for immediate shipping, however this is not always possible. If the item you would like to order is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated availability date. If you would like to request a slight modification of an item seen on our website please email customer service at sales@JoNayor.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All custom orders are considered final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.


REPAIRS

Items purchased from Jo Nayor are guaranteed against defect within 30 days.

If you have any repair issues, we will ask that you send us the piece for inspection. Shipping and repair fees will vary.


ORDER STATUS

Please email us directly to find out the status of your order at sales@JoNayor.com. You may cancel your order within 2 hours.  Please be advised that because we often ship the same day, your purchase may already be en route, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
